What Makes Jackie Different?

With over 21 years working with clients to purchase Real Estate, including 15 years structuring complex mortgage financing, I work differently than many other Realtors.

I approach any purchase or sale with a much more comprehensive approach, considering how the transaction fits into client's overall financial planning strategy, including concerns ranging from capital gains tax, 1031 exchange opportunities, asset and debt allocation, estate planning, and planning for future Real Estate moves or downsizing, so you have the right questions to present to your financial team before making decisions.

I work in tandem with my clients' entire team, including financial planner, CPA, attorneys, and 1031 facilitator. I also have a wide roster of local inspectors and construction professionals in San Francisco and Sonoma Counties, who can work with clients to inspect, prepare, or renovate properties before or after sale. 

I have purchased, renovated, enjoyed and sold several properties in San Francisco and Sonoma Counties, and love the process of re-imagining a property, and analyzing opportunities to turn it into a home or investment opportunity. 

After 30 years living in San Francisco with much time spent in West Sonoma County, I moved to Petaluma in 2020 and enjoy the local brewery scene, beautiful weather, vintage homes, and easy access to the city.

In my free time, I'm an avid social dancer, including country 2-step, waltz, and West Coast Swing. I enjoy cooking, garden design, restoring historic properties, and I bake pretty good sourdough bread.
