    assets only (each $1M = $16k of qualifying income)

  • 1099 only (90% of 1099 income used)

  • 12 months of deposits to business bank account (up to 80% of deposits = qualifying income)

  • W2 income, social security, pensions, annuities and multiple other sources of income can be combined to qualify, all with no tax returns required.

  • Most products can be used after a cash purchase, to recoup equity or pay off short term financing
